Stop Animation

Click on the Options Menu, then click Stop Animation to perform this action.
This is used to “freeze” animated GIFs, animated cursors (ANIs) or MNG animations. The motion stops and the GIF/ANI is made a single image. It can be saved as a non-animated image.
If you want to save all the frames, use Extract all frames.
