This dialog allows you to change (on-the-fly) the IrfanView language.
Load Unicode PlugIn: the Unicode PlugIn allows IrfanView to open file names using unicode characters, like Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, Eastern Europe etc. characters. You have to restart IrfanView to get the PlugIn active.
The language DLLs are located (must be installed) in the IrfanView “Languages” folder. Choose the language in the language list and press OK to activate it.
